Dehradun-Varanasi Janta express to restart from Feb 14
Good news for travelers traveling to Dehradun and Delhi. Due to fog, the suspension of trains for the last two months will start from Tuesday. However, the Janata Express running between Dehradun-Varanasi will be operated on February 14 and the double decker will be restored from February 16. At the same time, the resumption of canceled trains will provide great relief to the passengers.
Due to the fog, the railway has canceled operations of about two dozen trains including Janata Express and Bareilly Prayag Express from December 1 till February 13. Apart from this, the reduction in roughly a dozen trains including the Kashi Vishwanath Express and Kaifiyat Express. Not only that, a dozen Sadbhavna Express, which runs from Raxaul to New Delhi via Lucknow, was also canceled by the Railways. Most of the trains will be restored from February 14. Apart from this, the Kafiyat, Barauni and Kashi Vishwanath Express will be run for seven days.
