Major accident at Lachhiwala toll plaza, dumper hits three cars

A major accident has happened this morning in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. A sand-laden dumper hit 3 cars waiting at the toll, causing chaos at the spot. The collision was so severe that one car got stuck between the truck and the pole standing there. It was reported that 2 people have died in this accident. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the Doiwala Kotwali police reached the spot and relief work was started.
The accident is said to have occurred at around 7:30 am when a sand-laden dumper truck suddenly went out of control and moved forward at high speed and hit 3 cars from behind. Due to which there was chaos.
In the initial investigation, the police have suspected the high speed of the dumper and possible mechanical failure as the cause of the accident. The CCTV footage of the toll plaza is being examined to get the full truth of the incident. The dumper driver is being questioned, and the police are trying to find out if his negligence or any other reason was responsible for the accident.
