Mechanical failure causes bus accident on Mussoorie road
A road accident took place near Pani Wala Band on Mussoorie-Dehradun road. The spring of the bus coming from Delhi to Mussoorie suddenly broke. Due to this the bus overturned on the road. A major accident was averted due to the slow speed of the bus. One of the 27 passengers in the bus got injured. He was sent to Dehradun Higher Center by 108 ambulance.
As per reports, the bus left for Mussoorie from Kashmiri Gate Delhi at 11:00 pm. As soon as the bus reached near Pani Wala Band, it suddenly went out of control due to the spring breaking and overturned on the road. The bus was moving at a very slow speed. There were a total of 27 people on board, who were coming from Delhi to Mussoorie.
Mussoorie Kotwal said that the bus was moved to the side of the road with the help of a crane and the traffic system was made smooth. He said that the bus was being driven by 25-year-old driver Jasrej. The incident is being investigated after interrogating him.
