Three documentary films screened in Doon Library

On Tuesday evening, in the auditorium of Doon Library and Research Centre, under the programme An Evening of Documentary Films, three documentary films were screened. The first film was Bin Savlyanchya Gavat. It was directed by director Gouri Patwardhan. The second film screened was Dil Ki Basti Mein. Its director was Anwar Jamal. The third film was Koi Chand Bhi Nahin which was directed by Ajay TG.

The film Bin Savlyanchya Gavat shows how a city is built and what is remembered and what is forgotten during the building of a city. Dil Ki Basti is based on Old Delhi. The film Koi Chand Bhi Nahin depicts the profound neglect of the environment and human rights in Chhattisgarh.
