Gold crosses 72000 level

The prices of gold, one of the most favorite and most precious metals among investors, are creating new records every day. The price of gold has made new record highs several times in the last few days. This series of records continued on Friday also, when gold prices crossed the level of Rs 72 thousand for the first time.

As soon as gold prices opened on MCX in Friday’s trading, it crossed Rs 72 thousand per 10 grams. In the initial session, gold became stronger and was trading at the level of Rs 72,678 per 10 grams. This has happened for the first time in history, when gold prices have crossed the level of Rs 72 thousand.

Silver is also rises

Along with gold, the other major precious metal silver is also shining brightly. Silver crossed the level of Rs 84 thousand per kg on MCX today. In the morning session, silver had strengthened and reached the price of Rs 84,102 per kg. This is the most expensive price of silver in more than 3 years.
Record made in foreign market also

Gold is also making great records in the international market. A report by Reuters shows that in Friday’s trading, spot gold in the international market was trading 0.6 percent higher at $ 2,386.38 an ounce. Earlier during trading, prices had reached a high of $ 2,389.29 an ounce. On the other hand, US Gold Futures were trading 1.3 percent higher at $ 2,403.90 an ounce.

Earlier last week, gold had crossed Rs 70 thousand for the first time in the domestic market. In subsequent sessions, its prices have reached new high levels several times. The main reasons for the rise in gold prices are believed to be global economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions. Due to this, BofA-ML has predicted that gold prices in the international market will cross the level of $3000.
