State level archery competition started in Pauri
Along with cricket, the youth of Uttarakhand are now showing their skills in different sports as well. The boys and girls of Pauri Garhwal district are also trying their hand at archery and trying to prove themselves. The District Magistrate of Pauri inaugurated the 3-day state level archery competition at the Kandolia sports ground in Pauri. In which single and mixed matches will be organized in the under-10, under-15 and under-20 age groups of boys and girls.
The District Magistrate inaugurated the three-day state level archery competition on Thursday at the Kandolia sports ground in Pauri. 105 archers and team managers from 6 districts of the state are participating in the organized competition. In the competition, there will be exciting single and mixed matches in three age groups of boys and girls. In-charge District Sports Officer Sandeep Duklan said that the state level archery competition will be held from 7 to 9 November. In this, single and mixed matches will be organized in the under-10, under-15 and under-20 age groups of boys and girls. It was told that 105 archers and team managers/coaches from all the 6 districts of the state will participate in the competition.
