Three dead as pickup vehicle falls in Bironkhal of Pauri dist

A tragic accident took place on Tuesday in Pauri district in Uttarakhand. A vehicle lost control and fell into a gorge near Ranihat village on the Rasiya Mahadev-Takulsari-Maithanaghat motor road. Three people including the driver died on the spot in the accident. Four school children were injured.

According to the information, the incident took place around 2:30 pm. The pickup vehicle was going from Bhatwada of Nainidanda to Bandarkot of Bironkhal block. During this time, the vehicle suddenly went out of control and fell into the ditch.

Students of Inter College Lalitpur, who were going to their homes after school, were also in the vehicle. There were three other people including the driver. Three people died as soon as the vehicle fell into the gorge. Four students were injured. The injured school children are undergoing treatment at the Community Health Center Bironkhal.
