PM Modi to address rally virtually in Nainital district today

Now six days are left for the elections to be held in the state on February 14. Many big leaders of BJP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are camping in Uttarakhand to give edge to the election campaign. In this sequence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually address the voters of Nainital district on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday, PM Modi addressed the voters of Haridwar district virtually and attacked the Congress fiercely. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that ‘Uttarakhand is Devbhoomi for us, but Congress people consider it as their vault and ATM.’

He said that ‘they want to keep looting the natural resources which God has given to the state. When their government was in power, they declared the holy Ganges as a canal in Har ki Pauri of Haridwar so that the mining and looting mafia could play their game.’ In the BJP’s Vijay Sankalp virtual rally, PM Modi appealed the voters that if the wrong people sit in power, they will never let your dreams come true.

Virtually addressing the voters of Haridwar Lok Sabha constituency, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Ganga is getting clean today with the Namami Gange campaign. But when ‘these’ people were in power, they declared the Ganga coming at Harki Pauri as a canal. Can anyone even imagine that the world’s most famous holy river Ganga can be declared a canal for mining and looting.

He said that ‘the government of double engine, overturning the decision of the previous government, stopped the game of loot by declaring it as a holy river Ganga. Now the people of Congress are playing the game of appeasement in Devbhoomi. This is enough to open the eyes of the people of Uttarakhand. Even when he was in power, many games were played. The people of the state know this very well.’ During this, he also enumerated the development works of the government.
