World Acro Championship 2024 to begin in Tehri from December 19

The excitement of the World Acro Championship, which is going to start for five days from today, December 19 at Koti Colony on the banks of Tehri Lake, is at its peak. Players from the country and abroad have started arriving here for this international event. Pilots from about 10 countries and 75 pilots from India will participate in the competition.

The Tourism Department has completed all the preparations for the successful organization of the World Acro Championship. The five-day championship will be inaugurated at 10:30 am at Koti Colony on the banks of Tehri Lake. The amazing flight of colorful paragliders will be seen in the sky of Koti Colony and Pratap Nagar. Along with foreign pilots, pilots from all over the country will also showcase their talent.

This time, arrangements have been made for the local people to fly in the sky with Indian pilots. Interested local residents will also be able to feel the thrill of flying with the pilot. District Tourism Officer Sobat Singh Rana said that pilots from Turkey, France, Russia, Iran, Spain, Switzerland and Himachal, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh are arriving to participate in the championship.
