Stock market ends slide; Nifty crosses 25000

The stock market closed after recovery on the second day of the trading week. The Sensex on BSE closed at 81,634.81 with a jump of 584 points. At the same time, the Nifty on NSE closed at 25,013.15 with a gain of 0.88 percent.
Shares of Trent, Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Bharat Electronics, M&M were included in the list of top gainers on Nifty in today’s trading. While shares of Tata Steel, SBI Life Insurance, Titan Company, JSW Steel and Hindalco Industries were included in the list of top losers.
Sensex and Nifty rose on Tuesday amid caution over the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Investors are likely to stay away ahead of the local quarterly earnings report and the interest rate decision of the Reserve Bank of India.
The stock market opened in the red zone with a decline on the second day of the trading week. The Sensex on BSE opened with a decline of 17 points at 81,032. At the same time, Nifty on NSE opened at 24,779.15 with a decline of 0.067 percent.
