No ban on operation of Transport Corporation buses
According to the Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, due to the Bharat Bandh called by political parties on Tuesday against the agricultural law, there is no restriction on the operator of the buses. If the routes are closed on the plains, then the buses will not be sent on the routes. Bharat Bandh has been called on Tuesday.
Due to this, place to place demonstration is proposed. For this reason, Uttarakhand Roadways has devised its strategy in view of Bharat Bandh. The Transport Corporation is apprehensive that an event like sabotage may also occur during the bandh. In such a situation, if the roads are closed on plains routes other than Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, then the Transport Corporation will not send their buses to these places.
In this case, GM of the Transport Corporation, Deepak Jain, said that there is no restriction on the operation of roadways buses on the call of Bharat Bandh. If the roads were closed at places like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh Udham Singh Nagar etc. due to the bandh on Tuesday, the Transport Corporation would not operate its buses at these places.
However buses will run on the hilly routes. But even in the hilly areas, if the routes are closed by the farmers, then the operation of buses will be stopped there.
