Corona curfew extended in Uttarakhand till July 13

Covid curfew in Uttarakhand has been extended for a week. In the second wave of Corona, Covid curfew was implemented in the state on May 10, which the government has been extending for a week or so. With the decrease in the cases of corona in the second wave, now the curfew has also been relaxed a lot. Despite this, the government is going to extend the period of Covid curfew ending on Tuesday for a week till July 13.
Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal said that the Covid curfew will remain in force in the state till July 13. A guideline in this regard will be issued on Monday. Sources said that multiplexes will remain closed for now. Apart from this, RTPCR, antigen and true-nat test will still be mandatory for those entering Uttarakhand from other states. Along with this, the system of e-pass will also remain intact for those going to Garhwal and Kumaon via UP. Sources said that only online education can continue in secondary schools for the time being.
