Court verdict expected soon in Ankita Bhandari murder case

The hearing in the Ankita Bhandari murder case has been completed in the Kotdwar Additional District and Sessions Court (ADJ Court). The next date of hearing has been fixed by the court on May 30. On which the eyes of whole country are fixed. In the hearing held in the court yesterday, the prosecution advocate Special Public Prosecutor Avneesh Negi responded to the arguments of the defense. He firmly said in the court that the prosecution has successfully proved the case and demanded strict punishment for the three accused (Pulkit Arya, Saurabh Bhaskar and Ankit Gupta).
It is worth noting that on Monday, after hearing the arguments and arguments of both the sides, the court reserved its decision and fixed the next date of hearing on May 30. During the hearing, all three accused appeared in the court from jails. The hearing of the Ankita Bhandari murder case started in the ADJ Court of Kotdwar on March 28, 2023 and lasted for about two years. During this, the prosecution produced a total of 47 witnesses including the investigator in the court. Now all eyes are on May 30. This decision will not only be an important step towards ensuring justice for Ankita Bhandari and her family, but it will also send a strong message against such crimes in the society.
