State Formation Day: Uttarakhand enters its 25th year, programs will be held here today
The state of Uttarakhand will enter the 25th year of its establishment today i.e. the silver jubilee year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in this celebration of Uttarakhand State Foundation Day 2024 through a video message. The Prime Minister’s video message will be broadcast in the programs organized at the Bhararisain Vidhan Sabha Bhawan complex in Dehradun and summer capital Gairsain. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will attend these programs.
There will be a parade at the Reserve Police Lines in Dehradun, in which Governor Lt. General Gurmeet Singh (Retd) will be present. During this, the Chief Minister will honor the personalities doing remarkable work in various fields with the Uttarakhand Gaurav Samman. The development booklet of the Information Department and police magazine will also be released on this occassion.
There will also be special performances from the Police Department. At one o’clock in the afternoon, the Chief Minister will attend the State Foundation Day program to be held in Bhararisain. The CM will honor 47 state agitators of the region in the Bhararisain Vidhan Sabha complex. There will also be a public meeting program there. He will also visit the exhibition based on local products.
