Uttarakhand Congress releases manifesto for assembly elections 2022

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi released the election manifesto for Uttarakhand in Dehradun. Everything has been said in the manifesto. In which to implement 21 types of pension in Uttarakhand, work on self-employment, education, health. 40 thousand rupees will be given every year to 5 lakh economically weak people of the state. Free electricity has also been announced to the electricity consumers. In which 100 units of electricity will be given free of cost in the first year and 200 units in the next year.

Releasing the manifesto, Priyanka Gandhi said that ‘my family has an old relationship from here. We have been coming to this region for many generations.’

  • Congress has made its manifesto under Chardham Char Kaam
  • Will give jobs to 4 lakh people in 5 years
  • Will strengthen education and health
  • Will give gas cylinder for 500 rupees
  • Will give 40 thousand rupees to 5 lakh people, who are economically weak.
  • Tourism will be promoted, tourism police will be made a separate force
  • Women will be given preference in 40% of government jobs.
  • 40% posts in police department will also be given to women
  • Honorarium of Asha workers will be increased by one and a half times
  • Rs 40,000 will be given annually for those families who have become economically weak due to Corona.
  • Health will be strengthened, medicines will be delivered to the hilly areas with the help of drones
  • Electricity will be given free up to 200 units in the first year of formation of the government, after which this exemption will be increased in a phased manner.
  • Postgraduate students will get student credit cards of Rs 5 lakh, the ban on government jobs will be removed immediately and at present there are 57 thousand vacant posts which will be filled in the first year.
  • Lokayukta system will be implemented in the state.
  • Vacant posts in the police department will be filled immediately, in which 40 percent posts will be reserved for women.
  • Block cadre system will be implemented in the appointment of guest teachers.
  • Education budget will be increased to develop proper education infrastructure in the state.
  • The amount given to the dependents of martyr soldiers will be doubled, along with one person from each martyr’s family will be given a government job.
  • The state police personnel will be given a grade pay of Rs 4600.
