Uttarakhand daily Corona update: 398 cases found on 9 November
On Monday, 398 new corona patients were found and 10 infected patients died in the state. With this, the total number of patients in Uttarakhand has increased to 65670. While the death toll has risen to 1075. On Monday, the death toll rose again in the state. For the first time since 31 October, 10 patients died in a single day.
According to the Health Bulletin released by the Health Department on Monday,Corona virus has been confirmed in 32 in Almora, 11 in Bageshwar, 57 in Chamoli, 90 in Dehradun, 9 in Haridwar, 46 in Nainital, 46 in Pauri, 26 in Pithoragarh, 20 in Rudraprayag, 20 in Tehri, 31 in Udham Singh Nagar and 10 in Uttarkashi district.
One patient admitted to Srinagar Medical College, one at District Hospital Bageshwar, two at Doon Medical College, two at CMI Hospital, two at Himalayan Hospital, one at AIIMS Rishikesh and one at Mahant Indresh Hospital died on Monday.
On Monday, 205 patients admitted to the state hospitals were discharged after recovering. With this, the number of patients who have been cured so far in the state has reached 59924. While 4149 patients are being treated in various hospitals. Samples of 11683 patients were sent from across the state for examination, sample reports of 9100 patients came.
It is a matter of concern that reports of than 15 thousand suspected patients are yet to come across the state. The rate of corona infection in the state is 5.86 percent while the recovery rate of patients is 91.49 percent. The number of containment zones created to prevent infection in the state has come down to 12.
