Uttarakhand weather update: Yellow alert for rains in 7 districts

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in seven districts for the next 24 hours. According to the department, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Nainital, Bageshwar, Champawat and Pithoragarh of the state. Light rain may occur in other districts.

Over 300 roads closed in the state

Due to heavy rains in the state, 323 roads are closed due to debris due to landslides in various areas. During this, 126 roads could be opened in a day.
