PM Narendra Modi’s Mukhaba visit postponed due to bad weather forecast

The district administration has postponed the Uttarkashi visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was coming to Uttarkashi on 27 February to participate in the winter yatra. But in view of the snowfall and yellow alert by the Meteorological Department, the Prime Minister’s visit had to be postponed. Now PM Narendra Modi could visit in March.

The district administration and the government had made full preparations for the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The temple and the route of the Prime Minister’s arrival and departure were completely repaired. At the same time, full preparations were also made for the public meeting. But after the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the district administration has postponed the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the time being and proposed the PM’s visit on March 6 next month. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey were also constantly reviewing the preparations for this tour of the Prime Minister.
