Uttarakhand weather update: Heavy snowfall in Gangotri, Yamunotri and Harshil valley
The weather changed in the district on Monday. As soon as the mood of the weather changed, there was light rain in the lower areas and snowfall in the higher areas. The second snowfall of the season has occurred at tourist places adjoining the border area Mori, including Gangotri, Yamunotri and Harshil valley. Due to this, the effect of cold has increased in the lower areas, while the tourists are thrilled by the snowfall.
Heavy snowfall in Uttarkashi
The weather patterns changed since Monday morning. By afternoon, snowfall started in Gangotri Dham as well as Harshil, Jhala, Mukhaba, Bagori etc. villages. Due to which Harshil valley has once again been covered in a white sheet of snow. This is the second snowfall of the season in this area. The faces of the tourists have brightened up as soon as the second snowfall of the season occurred. Tourists have started heading to these places to enjoy the snowfall.
