Donald Trump takes oath as 47th President of USA

Donald Trump has become the 47th President of America. He took the oath of office at the US Parliament Capitol Hill at 10:30 pm on Monday night as per Indian time. Supreme Court Judge John Roberts administered the oath to him. This is his second term. He has been the 45th President of America from 2017 to 2021.
During Trump’s oath, his wife Melania stood with the Bible. After the oath, the Capitol Rotunda Hall of Parliament echoed with applause for some time. In his speech, Trump said that ‘God saved him to make America great’. Earlier, JD Vance took oath as the 50th Vice President of America.
Trump said – will make America great again
After the oath, Trump addressed the country for 30 minutes. In his first speech, he said, ‘The golden age of America is just beginning. From this day our country will prosper again and it will be respected all over the world. I will very simply put America first. Our security will be restored. The scales of justice will be balanced again. We will make America great again.’
In the first speech, he talked about ending the recognition of transgenders
In his speech after the oath, Trump said – ‘I will sign an executive order to immediately stop all government censorship and bring back freedom of expression in America. From today, the official policy of the US government will be that there will be only two genders – male and female. That is, transgenders will not be recognized.’
