Former US President Donald Trump’s life has been saved by a whisker. Trump, who had come to address an election rally ahead for the elections in the US was attacked in Pennsylvania, in which he was injured. A shooter fired bullets at Trump, which passed by touching his ear. Trump was injured in this incident and blood also started coming out of his ear. Currently, doctors have treated Trump and discharged him. A video of this entire incident has also surfaced.
Donald Trump had come to address an election rally in Butler city of Pennsylvania on Saturday (July 13) according to local time. He is the presidential candidate of the Republican Party and is currently reaching out to the public and gaining public support. While Trump was giving a speech from the stage, the shooter fired bullets at him. Thanks to the Secret Service personnel, who immediately surrounded Trump from all sides and made a security circle and brought him down safely from the stage.
When the agents handled Trump and helped him stand up, blood was seen on Trump’s face and ear. During this, Trump clenched his fist and waved it in the air. After this, secret agents took Trump off the stage, put him in a car and took him away from there. The incident happened at 4 am on Sunday according to Indian time. At that time, it was around 6:30 pm on Saturday in America.
The attacker was killed
The Secret Service has said that the person who attacked Trump has been killed. A statement said, ‘At about 6:15 pm on July 13, during former President Trump’s election rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, a suspected shooter fired several rounds of bullets towards the stage from a high place outside the rally venue. The Secret Service has killed the attacker. Trump is safe. One person has died in this attack, while two people are seriously injured.’
