Uttarakhand daily Corona update: 467 cases found on 13 November
In Uttarakhand, 467 new corona-infected patients have been found in 24 hours on Friday. With this, the total number of infected patients in the state has now reached 67706.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, on Thursday, Dehradun district has the highest number of 151 patients. At the same time, 16 in Almora, 3 in Bageshwar, 37 in Chamoli, 3 in Champawat, 54 in Haridwar, 37 in Nainital, 54 in Pauri, 20 in Pithoragarh, 32 in Rudraprayag, 12 in Tehri, 29 in Udham Singh Nagar and 19 samples were found positive in Uttarkashi.
Today four patients have died. 300 patients have recovered and returned home today. With this, the number of people recovering has increased to 61732. At the same time, 4307 patients are still being treated.
The second wave of Corona may cause havoc
The chances of infection in the second wave of corona in the state have increased. In the festive season, public is returning to the markets. In the last one week, the number of corona infected cases and patients who have died has increased in the state. The government and health department are concerned about preventing infection.
Seeing the rush for shopping in the markets in the festive season is evident that people are no longer afraid of corona infection, but the second wave of corona can be amplified by the increasing winter and the growing crowd in the festive season.
