The exam schedule of BITS (Birla Institute of Technology Entrance Test 2022) has been released. This is going to happen for the first time in the history of BITS that the exam will be held in two sessions. Major changes have been made this year in BITSAT, the entrance examination of engineering institute BITS Pilani. Its notification has been issued. With this the application process has also started.
Conduct of examination in two sessions
Like JEE Main, this year the exam is being conducted in two sessions. The first session of the exam will be conducted from June 20 to 26 and the second session from July 22 to 26. Students will also have the opportunity to apply separately for both the exams.
Now entrance exam according to the new pattern
The exam will be of 130 questions. 30 questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, 40 from Maths, 10 from English Proficiency and 20 from Logical Reasoning. 3 marks will be awarded for the correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. The question paper will be of 390 marks. Till last year 150 questions were asked in BITS.
