Corona graph in Uttarakhand continues to soar
The corona infection in Uttarakhand is ever increasing. On Tuesday, 11 Corona-infected patients admitted to various hospitals of the state died. There were 571 new cases, while the number of recoveries was 404. The maximum number of 169 cases came from Dehradun, 106 Haridwar, 63 from Haridwar. At the same time, a total of 20398 positive cases have been reported in the state, out of which 14012 have been cured. There are currently 6042 active cases, while 280 have died.
On Monday, 592 new patients were found in the state. The number of corona infections has now reached 19827. 13608 have been cured, while 5828 are undergoing treatment. The death toll has reached 280, with eight people dead. Everyday hundreds of patients are being found in the state. The severity of the situation can be gauged from the fact that 12644 people have been infected in the month of August. This is 64 percent of the total patients. Five and a half months have passed since Corona was knocked out in the state. Looking at the number of infected, it can be said that compared to the first four and a half months, the last one month has been heavy. At the same time, the Corona test report of Assembly Speaker Prem Chand Aggarwal, his wife, son and staff members has come negative.
According to the Health Department, 10701 sample reports were received on Monday, out of which 10127 sample reports are negative. Corona has been confirmed among the highest number of 149 people in Dehradun. The infection rate in the state is 5.40%.
