Application process begins for Uttarakhand HC Junior assistant & stenographer recruitment examination 2024

Notification has been issued for recruitment to a total of 139 posts including 57 Junior Assistant and 83 Stenographer/Personal Assistant under Group C posts in Uttarakhand High Court. According to the recruitment (NTA UHC Recruitment 2024) notification released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today, i.e. on 25 January 2024, the application process for recruitment to the advertised posts has started and interested candidates can apply till 22 February. The last date for fee payment is 23rd February, 2024.

NTA Uttarakhand High Court Recruitment 2024: How to apply

Candidates willing to apply for the recruitment of Junior Assistant and Stenographer in Uttarakhand High Court (NTA UHC Recruitment 2024) can apply through the online application form provided on the official portal launched by NTA for this recruitment, uhcrec.ntaonline.in. During application, candidates will have to pay application fee of Rs 1000 through online means. However, for economically weaker and Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates, the fee is Rs 500.

NTA Uttarakhand High Court Recruitment 2024: Qualifications

According to the recruitment (NTA Uttarakhand High Court Recruitment 2024) notification released by NTA, candidates for Junior Assistant posts must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized higher education institution and have a minimum of 25 words per minute in Hindi and a minimum of 30 words in English. Typing speed on computer should be at the speed of 1000 beats per minute.

Similarly, for Stenographer/Personal Assistant posts, candidates should be a graduate with the ability to do shorthand at the speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi and computer typing at the speed of 25 words per minute. There should be 80 words per minute shorthand and 35 words per minute computer typing speed in English.

For both the posts, the age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories of Uttarakhand will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the state government, for more information and other details see Uttarakhand High Court Recruitment (NTA UHC Recruitment 2024) notification.

The Exam is scheduled to be held on 17 March 2024 and will consist of 150 objective (MCQ) questions. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes).
