Uttarakhand corona update:19 cases found on 14 August

To eliminate the possibility of the third wave of corona, the government is emphasizing on vaccination drive in the state. In the last 24 hours, 19 new cases of corona were reported in Uttarakhandand in comparison, 24 people became healthy.

According to the Health Department, samples of 20068 persons were examined and due to 19 people being found infected, the infection rate was recorded 0.09 percent. No new cases of corona were reported in Champawat, Nainital, Pauri, Rudraprayag and Tehri. Maximum six cases of corona were found in Dehradun and Udham Singh Nagar. Now the number of active cases in the state has also come down to 396 and the recovery rate has reached 95.97 percent. In Tehri only one infected person is still left as an active case.
