Uttarakhand corona update: 31 positive cases found on 17 August
The effect of coronavirus is not over in Uttarakhand yet so it is important to exercise caution. In the last 24 hours, 31 patients have been found coronavirus infected while 1 patient has died. Meanwhile, 41 patients have returned home after recovering. At present, there are a total of 330 active left in the whole of Uttarakhand.
Talking about the last 24 hours, 3 cases were reported from Almora district, 7 from Bageshwar, 4 from Chamoli district, 2 from Champawat district, 4 from Dehradun district, 1 from Nainital district, 2 from Pauri, 1 from Pithoragarh district, 2 from Rudraprayag, 2 from Udham Singh Nagar and 3 from Uttarkashi district have been found corona infected. So far, a total of 342637 people have been infected with coronavirus in Uttarakhand, out of which 328885 people have become healthy. A total of 7373 people have died in Uttarakhand so far. There are still 330 active cases in Uttarakhand.
Vaccine to 1.19 lakh people
On Tuesday, 1,19,493 people were given corona vaccine across the state. So far 56,57,892 people have been given the first vaccine, while 17,72,218 have been given both the doses. In the age group of 18 to 44, 2,11,462 have been given both the doses.
