Uttarakhand corona update: 16 new cases reported on September 5

16 new corona infected have been found in Uttarakhand in the last 24 hours. At the same time, no death due to Covid-19 has been  reported in the same time period. While 20 patients were sent home after recovery. The number of active cases has reached 389.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, the test report of 17887 samples has come negative on Sunday. While not a single infected patient has been found in six districts of Bageshwar, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri and Udham Singh Nagar. On the other hand, one case each has been reported in Almora, Champawat, Nainital and Haridwar, seven in Dehradun, two in Pauri and three in Uttarkashi.

So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 3,43,100. Of these, 3,29,271 people have been cured. A total of 7388 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state.
