More relaxations in green zones of Uttarakhand

Amid the lockdown, the Uttarakhand government has given relief to nine hilly districts of the state. Now hospitals in these districts will open as before. These are the districts where there is no corona positive patient.
Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has said that in view of lockdown due Covid-19, some decisions have been taken for the health related to the hill districts and for strengthening the economy in the state. There are nine hill districts of the state, in which no Covid-19 patient is there, now the hospitals in these districts will open like before.

Guidelines issued by the Government of India regarding opening of shops were discussed in a meeting organized under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. It was decided in the meeting that shops will be opened in 9 hilly districts coming under green zone as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Shops here will open from 7 am to 6 pm. Shops such as liquor, barber, etc., will be closed. The present situation of lockdown will be maintained in four districts Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar. Shops of essential commodities will open in these districts from 7 am to 1 pm as before. If any of the areas in these four districts are to be relaxed, then the concerned DM will decide about it. Inter State and Inter District traffic will be prohibited as before.

Covid-19 patients will be treated in select hospitals of the state

Mela Hospital Haridwar, Doon Hospital Dehradun, under construction Medical College Rudrapur and Sushila Tiwari Hospital Haldwani,are the deidcated hospitals in Uttarkakhand for treatment of Covid-19, the rest of the other hospitals will function as before.

Constitution of a cabinet sub-committee

A cabinet subcommittee will be set up under the chairmanship of Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal, which will see that the economic setbacks due to novel coronavirus.

The role of the sub-committe will be How can we economic losses be compensated, how can local employment be created, giving moreĀ  jobs to the youth and increasing the economic strength of the poor. Minister of State Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat and Rekha Arya will serve as members in the cabinet sub-committee.

Chief Minister will interact directly with people of different areas

CM Trivendra Rawat will interact directly with the people of industrial, tourism, agriculture, horticulture, dairy and MSME sectors. Their suggestions will be taken on how to strengthen the economy after Covid-19. In the green zones of Uttarakahnd

No new corona case reported on 25 April in Uttarakhand

No new cases of novel cornavirus was found positive in Uttarakhand on 25 April while report of 1 patient came negative. Till date 48 cases have been reported in Uttarakhand out of which 22 are active cases while 26 patients have been cured and discharged.
