Uttarakhand corona update: 11 cases found on 19 March

On Saturday, 11 new corona patients were found in Uttarakhand and one infected died. After treatment, 20 patients were discharged from home isolation and hospitals, taking the number of active patients in the state to 341. On Saturday, corona virus has been confirmed in 1 new patient in Chamoli, 4 in Dehradun, 2 in Haridwar, 2 in Nainital, 1 in Pauri and 1 in US Nagar.

Not a single new patient was found in seven districts of the state on Saturday. A patient admitted to Doon Medical College died after infection. With this, the death toll in the third wave after corona infection in the state has increased to 272. The rate of corona infection in the state is 0.84 percent while the recovery rate of patients is going on at 96 percent.

Reports of 1300 patients came on Saturday while samples of 2573 patients have been sent for examination. Anti-coronavirus vaccine was given to 3682 people in the state on Saturday.
