Bharat Bandh: 2 Uttarakhand buses gutted in fire by mob

People performing violent protests against the recent judgment of the Supreme Court that came under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Torture Prevention Act (SC / ST Act) handed over two buses of Uttarakhand transport corporation to the fire. At the same time, stone pelting was also done on many buses. As a result, Uttarakhand roadways has shut down all bus services on Delhi route.

People protesting against the recent ruling of the Supreme Court set 2 buses to fire in Meerut and Modinagar, while the stone pelting was also done on the Volvo bus in Bhagwanpur. More than 15 buses of Uttarakhand roadways have been damaged in fury on Delhi Route. It includes 2 volvos, 2  AC buses,and other ordinary buses.
As a result, Uttarakhand roadways has closed all bus services on Delhi route. Orders have been released to suspend all bus services from Garhwal and Kumaon were sent to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Faridabad, Gurgaon. About 750 buses are operated daily on this route.
