Indian Air Force has announced notification for Group-C Civilian posts. According to the notification, there are 1524 vacancies for various posts including Stenographer, Cook, House Keeping Staff, MTS, Lower Division Clerk, CS, Carpenter, Launderyman, Maid, Hindi Typist. These recruitment’s are for various Air force stations and units.
As per the format issued to the candidates, the application form has to be filled and sent via post to the address of the concerned Air force station. The last date for submission of application form is 03 May 2021. Age Criteria
The minimum age for all posts is 18 years and maximum 25 years. OBC candidates will be given three years, SC and ST candidates will be given five years and Physically Handicapped candidates will be given 10 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification for Group C civilian posts varies according to the posts. For example, graduation in Mathematics or Statistics has been sought for the post of Senior Computer Operator. While for the Superintendent Store, it is necessary to have graduation and 12th pass for stenographer and lower division clerk. Selection Procedure for Group C Civilian Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and skill test. In this, questions will be asked from General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude Test, General English, General Awareness. Questions will be in both English and Hindi languages. In this, the selected candidates will be called for Skill / Physical / Practical test. After this, merit will be formed.
