Fire breaks out in firecracker godown in Dehradun
A sudden fire broke out in a firecracker factory near ISBT in Dehradun. There was panic in the area due to the fire. On receiving information about the incident, fire brigade personnel reached the spot. The fire has been brought under control after hard work by the fire personnel and the local police.
The entire matter is of Clementown police station area. The fire was brought under control in time. Otherwise a big accident could have happened. The cause of the fire in the firecracker factory is not yet known.
Police said that the warehouse is three storeyed, in which huge quantity of firecrackers were kept in the lower two storeys and sparklers were kept in the third floor. On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 6, suddenly a fire broke out in the third floor of the warehouse.
