Uttarakhand corona cases: 23 new cases found on 18 December

In the last 24 hours, 23 new cases of corona have been recorded in the state. At the same time, 14 corona infected patients have been cured on Saturday. According to the information released by the Health Department, on Saturday, 12 cases were reported in Dehradun, 2 each in Almora and Udham Singh Nagar, 4 each in Haridwar and Nainital and 1 case in Pitharagarh district. At the same time, now there are 164 active cases of Covid in the state, out of which 67 are from Dehradun.

WHO warns about Omicron variant

The World Health Organization (WHO) has again warned about the new variant of Corona, Omicron. WHO claims that the omicron variant is spreading much faster than the delta variant that caused havoc in India during the second wave.
