The cases of corona infection are increasing continuously in Uttarakhand. On Saturday, 260 new patients were found in the state and 103 patients were cured. After this, now the number of active patients in the state has crossed one thousand. While the infection rate has reached close to 14 percent.
According to the report of the Health Department, on Saturday, maximum 149 new patients were found in the capital Dehradun, while 51 in Nainital, 14 in Almora, 12 in Haridwar, 13 in Rudraprayag, 3 in Tehri, 6 in US Nagar, 4 in Uttarkashi, 6 in Pithoragarh. And two new infected have been found in Champawat. 103 patients living in various hospitals and home isolation in the state were discharged after treatment.
After which now the number of active patients in the state has increased to 1040. According to the health bulletin, samples of 2060 patients were sent for examination from various hospitals of the state, while the report of samples of 1626 came. The rate of corona infection in the state on Saturday was 13.76 percent while the recovery rate of patients was close to 95 percent.
