If you invest in the stock market or are looking for opportunities to earn through IPOs, today—July 23—is a significant day for you. IPOs from three different companies are opening for investment simultaneously today. Such occasions—where multiple companies from diverse sectors launch their public issues on the same day—are relatively rare in the market.

Before investing in these IPOs, it is crucial to understand key aspects such as the company’s business operations, financial health, issue size, price band, and Grey Market Premium (GMP). However, note that the GMP is merely a market estimate and offers no guarantee regarding listing performance or profits. The three IPOs opening today belong to different industries and have distinct investment structures; therefore, ensure you gather all necessary information before applying.

Indo-MIM (Indo MIM IPO)

Established in 1996, Indo-MIM manufactures high-precision engineering parts using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. The company produces components for various sectors, including automotive, defense, medical, consumer goods, and aerospace. Additionally, it provides comprehensive manufacturing services such as mold design, tooling, finishing, and assembly.

The Indo-MIM IPO will now involve the issuance of new shares worth ₹500 crore, while promoters and existing investors will sell 23.07 lakh shares. The company had previously reduced the size of its IPO; the fresh issue component was cut from ₹1,000 crore to ₹500 crore, and the Offer for Sale (OFS) was also reduced from the initially proposed 12.96 crore shares. At the upper end of the price band, the company’s market valuation will stand at approximately ₹23,981.4 crore.

The company intends to use ₹400 crore of the proceeds from the IPO to repay debt, while the remaining funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes. As of May 2026, the company had a total debt of ₹1,212.3 crore, and reducing this debt will remain its primary focus.
