The price of one bitcoin has crossed ₹1.08 crore for the first time. Today on 14th August, this cryptocurrency made an all-time high. In 2009, when a person named Satoshi Nakamoto created it, its value was close to 0. That is, if you had invested less than one rupee in bitcoin at that time, then today its value would have been more than ₹1 crore.
The first major price increase of bitcoin happened in October 2010. When the price of one bitcoin started going up after remaining stable at around 0.10 dollars (about ₹8) for a long time. By the end of the year, it reached 0.30 dollars. By 2013, its price had crossed 1000 dollars. According to today’s rate, this price in rupees is around ₹87 thousand.
According to Bloomberg, the previous record ($123,205 on July 14) was broken and bitcoin was trading at $124,000 in Singapore on Thursday morning.
Ethereum crosses $ 4000
The rally of the second largest crypto coin Ethereum is also worth watching. On Thursday, Ethereum reached $4,780.04. This is its highest level since 2021. The growth of Ethereum can be gauged from the fact that in April this year its price was $1385.51 and today it has climbed more than 238 percent. On the other hand, bitcoin has also given positive returns but its growth has been only 60 percent.
