Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the result of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 on 19 March 2025. Candidates who had taken this exam can check their result by visiting the official website of GATE gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The exam was conducted on 1, 2, 15 and 16 February 2025, which included 30 test papers.
How to check GATE 2025 result?
- First of all go to the official website of GATE 2025 gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
- Click on the “GATE 2025 Result” link given on the homepage.
- Enter your enrollment number (Enrollment ID) and password.
- After logging in, your result will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard for future and take a printout of it.
Cut-off and final answer key also released
IIT Roorkee has also released the final answer key and cut-off marks of GATE 2025. These cut-off marks indicate the minimum marks candidates need to score to pass the exam. Earlier, the provisional answer key was released on 27 February 2025 and the option to file objections was given till 1 March 2025.
Where will GATE 2025 score be used?
GATE score is used for admission to post graduation (PG) courses in IITs, NITs, IISc and other institutes. Apart from this, many public sector companies (PSUs) also recognize GATE score for recruitment.
