Uttarakhand weather update: Weather likely to change once again in the state

There are chances of change in weather once again in Uttarakhand. A warning of hailstorm with strong winds has been issued in four districts including Dehradun. According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Center, an orange alert has been issued for hailstorm with winds blowing at a speed of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour in some parts of Dehradun, Pauri, Nainital and Champawat districts. While an orange alert has been issued for winds blowing at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour in some places in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts.
Similar situation is expected to prevail in most of the districts of the state tomorrow (Friday) as well. Meteorologists say that due to the activation of Western Disturbance, a change in the weather will be seen. This is the reason why there is a possibility of hailstorm with strong winds in the hilly and plain districts of the state. Talking about the coming days, a change in the weather will be seen across the state till May 4. This will bring relief from the heat due to the decrease in temperature.
