The DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has launched a new scheme where buyers can purchase a house starting Rs 13.06 lakh. This opportunity can be availed under DDA’s ‘Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’. According to DDA, LIG category flats in Sirsapur, Delhi are available in the range of Rs 13.06 lakh to Rs 13.28 lakh. DDA is giving a straight discount of 25 percent on the prices of these flats.

The booking amount for these flats has been fixed at Rs 1 lakh. These flats in Sirsapur are available in Pocket-A1, Pocket A2, Pocket B1, Pocket C1, Pocket C2, Pocket-D1. According to DDA, customers will get parking facility along with flats. The special thing about these flats is that there is a good green area here.
