In the passport dispute of the Hindu-Muslim Couple of Lucknow, the investigating team has revealed an important information. The Local Intelligence Team (LIU) team, which reached the Lucknow residence of Tanvi Seth (now Sadia Hassan), wife of Mohammad Anas Siddiqui, says that Tanvi has not lived in the address given by her for more than one year which is one of the mandatory terms while applying for passport. If this information is true then Tanvi’s passport could be cancelled
Tanvi Seth for the passport had given the address of the house situated in Chikwali street near Jhaulal Bazar in Kaiser Bagh area of Lucknow, where her in-laws live. The investigation team said that Tanvi’s in-laws could not produce any evidence that Tanvi stayed there during the last one year.
The team of LIU will now go to Tanvi’s Noida-based accommodation for verification. Police sources said that Tanvi misinformed the house for the passport, as she never lived in Lucknow’s residence for a long time. According to the rules, if the allegations of giving false information on Tanvi are found to be correct, then her passport can be canceled.
Eyewitness comes in front, says escaped from kidnapping attempt
The controversy that started on refusing to give a passport to the Hindu-Muslim couple has a new turning point, when an eyewitness account of the incident came out. A person named Kuldeep Singh claims that he is an eyewitness to the entire incident in the passport office and that’s why he was kidnapped on Saturday afternoon by unknown miscreants.
Although Kuldeep claims that he has managed to escape by the Kidnappers in some way. Lucknow’s SSP Deepak Kumar said that Kuldeep, who is telling himself the eyewitness, has defended the passport officer in the passport case. However, the SSP says that Kuldeep’s claims have not been confirmed yet and the police is investigating the entire matter.
