NDA announces candidate for Vice Presidential election

NDA has announced its candidate for the Vice Presidential election. Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan has been made the candidate. The post of Vice President was vacant after Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned. After which the announcement was awaited from the NDA and today this wait is over.

BJP President JP Nadda made the announcement

Announcing the Vice Presidential candidate, BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda said, “We will also talk to the opposition. We should also get their support so that we can all together ensure unopposed election for the post of Vice President. As we said earlier, we are in touch with him and our senior leaders have contacted him earlier and even now we will be in touch with him and all our NDA allies have supported us. CP Radhakrishnan is our NDA candidate for the post of Vice President.”
