Govt to take strict action against those hiding information while coming to Uttarakhand

The government will act strictly against those coming into the state by not giving full information or incorrect information from outside states. The Chief Minister directed all the District Magistrates that strict action should be taken against those hiding the information and truth. At the Secretariat on Saturday, the Chief Minister reviewed with the Health Department and District Magistrates about the Corona infection and prevention through Video Conferencing. The Chief Minister said that many people coming from outside states are hiding the correct information and truth. Where are they coming from and where do they have to go. They are not giving correct information. Strict action should be taken against such people. District Magistrates have been directed to strengthen surveillance system and increase surveillance.

Oxygen cylinders should be provided with each bed in Covid hospitals. Complete security arrangements should be made in industrial institutions to prevent infection. It should also be ensured that the work of industries is not affected. Sampling of all the people coming from high risk area.

Strict action to be taken against negligent officials

On the complaint of lack of coordination among the staff of Haldwani Medical College, the Chief Minister has asked Commissioner Kumaon to take responsibility.
