Uttarakhand daily corona update: 466 cases found on November 22

Corona infection continues to increase in Uttarakhand. There were 466 new cases in the state on Sunday. 256 were cured, while nine infected patients died. The maximum number of 181 cases came from Dehradun. Cases were reported in Pauri 65, Haridwar 53, Nainital 40, Pithoragarh 38, Udham Singh Nagar 23, Chamoli 16, Uttarkashi 15, Tehri 14, Champawat 7, 5 each in Almora, Bageshwar and Rudraprayag. At the same time, 71256 positive cases have been reported in the state, out of which 65102 have been reported to be healthy, while 1155 admitted in various hospitals have died. The Corona infection has also been confirmed in the fifth State Finance Commission Chairman and former Chief Secretary Indu Kumar Pandey. Due to this, the public hearing program of the proposed commission has been postponed from November 23 to 27 in four districts. The commission had fixed dates for 23 November for Uttarkashi, 25 November for Tehri, 26 November for Haridwar and 27 November for Pauri. Commission member secretary and additional secretary Bhupesh Tiwari said that the revised program of public hearing will be released later.
