Novak Djokovic withdraws from Paris Masters due to injury

Tennis legend and record 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from next week’s Paris Masters. He announced this on social media.
Just a few days earlier, he had stopped playing after the first set of an exhibition tournament due to a foot injury.
The 38-year-old has participated in very few tournaments this season. He has only participated in eight ATP Tour events, in addition to the four Grand Slam tournaments.
Djokovic reached the semifinals of all the 4 slams i.e; the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open this season. From late May to late September, he participated in only three Grand Slam tournaments.
The last official tournament Djokovic participated in was the Shanghai Masters, where he suffered a hip pain during his semifinal loss.
