The schedule of the World Cup to be held in India in October-November this year has been released. The matches were officially announced at a function in Mumbai on Tuesday (June 27). The Indian team will play its first match in the World Cup on October 8 in Australia. This match will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. At the same time, India will have a great match against Pakistan in the group round on October 15. The match will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The tournament will begin on October 5 with the New Zealand-England match. The match will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The semi-finals of the tournament will be held in Mumbai and Kolkata. The semi-finals will be played on 15 and 16 November while the final will be played on 19 November in Ahmedabad.
The most talked about match of the tournament i.e. India-Pakistan match will be held on October 15 at Narendra Modi Stadium. However, India’s World Cup campaign will begin with a match against Australia. This match will be played in Chennai on 8 October.
