According to the tracking website DownDetector, there has been a surge in reports of outages from users in the US, Europe, India, Japan, Australia, and other regions, indicating a global impact on the platform on 25 July.
OpenAI has acknowledged the outage on its official status page, stating that it is aware of the issue affecting ChatGPT. In an update, the company said, “We are investigating an issue with the listed service.”
