Twitter to add search button to help search tweets from specific accounts
The microblogging website Twitter is working on a new feature to further improve the experience of its users. The social media platform has added a new button on the profile page that will make it easier to search for tweets from a particular user. This feature can make it easier to find an old tweet related to a particular occasion.
Right now this feature has been released only for some users but it is believed that soon it will be released for all users. However, users could also search for a particular tweet on Twitter earlier. But for this they had to adopt a different approach. But now with the new feature it will be much easier to do so.
Twitter has announced that subscribers who have applied to Twitter’s Blue service will get the new feature first. This feature will be available in the new ‘Labs’ banner. The company said that ‘Labs is a way to introduce our new features so that you can be the first to use these new features, which can improve your experience.’
Currently, Labs’ service is only for Twitter users in Canada and Australia. But, the social media giant has promised that the labs will be introduced in a few more countries soon. The company says that we are committed to further improving the experience of our users and will continue to work actively for this.
