BJP workers burn CM Rawat’s effigy in Khatima

Khatima: Miffed with the Harish Rawat led state government’s negligent attitude  towards its fulfillment of promises, workers of  Bharatiya Janta Party burned the effigy of CM Rawat in Khatima.

The BJP workers alleged that the state government made empty promises to the people including about  improving the condition of Sitarganj highway. According to the protesters, CM Rawat himself knew the condition of the Sitarganj highway and thus chose to go through  a route via Uttar Pradesh.
