In view of the increasing corona cases in the state, the number of guests attending weddings has been limited. The government has now set a limit of maximum of two hundred people to be included in marriages outside the Containment Zone. Orders have been issued in this regard to all the District Magistrates on behalf of Chief Secretary Omprakash. According to this, a maximum of two hundred people will now be able to attend weddings and celebrations outside the Containment Zone.

For this too, everyone will have to adopt Covid-19 prevention protocols. This would include wearing masks and adhering to conditions such as social distance. The above conditions are currently kept in force till the advance orders, new orders will be issued after reviewing the situation. Significantly, there are a large number of weddings on the auspicious occasion on April 14 of Baishakhi festival. Now the number of guests will be limited in all the weddings.
